5-Day Return Policy
At Khazana Fashion World, you may return any eligible item within 5 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
Bridal Orders, Non-Refundable Deposit
Bridal dresses are the only exception. Every bridal piece is booked and prepared exclusively for one customer and is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit. Bridal orders therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
How to Start a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp within 5 days of delivery with your order number.
- Pack the item unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bridal dresses and any item booked with a deposit
- Items worn, washed, altered or returned without tags
- Items returned after the 5-day window
