5-Day Return Policy

At Khazana Fashion World, you may return any eligible item within 5 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.

Bridal Orders, Non-Refundable Deposit

Bridal dresses are the only exception. Every bridal piece is booked and prepared exclusively for one customer and is confirmed with a non-refundable deposit. Bridal orders therefore cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

How to Start a Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 5 days of delivery with your order number.
2. Pack the item unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bridal dresses and any item booked with a deposit
• Items worn, washed, altered or returned without tags
• Items returned after the 5-day window
